LicenseIT Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   Welcome to the LicenseIT Competition. By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.
2. Competition Description
   Participants stand a chance to win back the value of their license renewal in cash by registering on the LicenseIT platform, loading valid vehicle details, and completing a successful license renewal through the platform.
3. Eligibility
   
   • The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
   • Participants must register on the LicenseIT platform, load valid vehicle details, and complete a license renewal to be eligible.
   • Only renewals completed through the LicenseIT platform will qualify.
   • Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members of LicenseIT and its associated companies are not eligible to participate.
4. Competition Period
   
   • The competition runs on a monthly basis, with one winner announced at the end of each month with the first winner being announced 30th June 2025.
   • LicenseIT reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
5. How to Enter
   
   • To enter the competition, participants must:
     • Register on the LicenseIT platform.
     • Load valid vehicle details.
     • Successfully renew their vehicle license via the LicenseIT platform.
   • Each valid renewal counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed as long as separate renewals are completed.
6. Prize
   
   • One winner will be drawn at random at the end of each month.
   • The prize is equivalent to the value of the license renewal fee paid through LicenseIT.
   • The prize will be paid in cash or by electronic transfer.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
7. Winner Notification and Announcement
   
   • The winner will be notified via the contact details provided during registration.
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, LicenseIT reserves the right to draw a new winner.
   • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to LicenseIT publishing their name on social media and other marketing platforms for competition validation purposes.
8. Disqualification
   
   • Any false or misleading information provided during registration will result in disqualification.
   • LicenseIT reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry not adhering to these terms and conditions.
9. General
   
   • By participating in this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   • LicenseIT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
   • Any disputes will be subject to South African law and the jurisdiction of South African courts.
10. Data Protection
    
    • Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with LicenseIT's privacy policy.
11. Liability
    
    • LicenseIT will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participating in the competition or from the acceptance of any prize.
