LicenseIT is a business in the Vehicle Licensing industry.

2. Delivery Policy

Requests will be processed within 5 working days upon receipt of payment. Delivery will preferably be done to work addresses.

3. Export Restriction

Our services are available to South African clients only.

4. Return and Refunds Policy

No refunds can be done by LicenseIT on license transactions once processed and paid for. Clients must ensure all information is correct before payment.

5. Customer Privacy Policy

LicenseIT will protect users' personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA), and only share with Groups companies.

6. Payment Options

We accept all major card types, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, SID.

7. Card Acquiring and Security

Card transactions are secured through Payfast (Pty) Ltd, using Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) encryption.

8. Customer Details and Card Details

Customer details are stored separately from card details, which are entered on Payfast's secure site.

9. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

Our merchant outlet country is South Africa, and transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate information. LicenseIT will not be held responsible for incorrect information or issues beyond our control.

11. Variation

LicenseIT may change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
